設施：設施還算齊全，但是很敷衍，衹能説還行吧
衞生：整體都還行，但是為什麼衞生間還有上位客人留下的奶茶蓋子，其次裝修味道特別大，我想知道為什麼酒店剛開房間的甲醛味道能不能先放放在讓人住呢？
環境：室外環境還行，但是週末早上有人裝修工作？
服務：跟得上算是比較好的，衹不過沒有什麼實際性的道歉就比如我被樓上裝修弄醒了連起碼的歉意都沒有….
總體來説房間佈局還行，但是新開加上房間味道大！

性價比很高，離温州會展中心很近步行大約800米，周邊有個萬達廣場吃飯很方便。美食品種也豐富，是温州工模具展的首選酒店。
