太驚喜了！這家民宿完全超出了我的預期～
📍位置超級方便，就在景區附近，鬧中取靜，晚上休息特別安逸。
房間乾淨整潔，佈置得特別温馨，有家的感覺！設施也很新很全，智能門鎖、投影儀、高品質洗浴用品，細節處處能感受到房東的用心。
最棒的是房東小姐姐，熱情又貼心，提前發來了詳細的入住指南和周邊遊玩攻略，有問必答，幫了我們很多忙！
下次來一定還會選擇這裏，已經安利給朋友們啦～ 強烈推薦給所有追求品質住宿的朋友！

民宿的位置特別好，附近有公交站和地鐵站，去景點和商圈都很方便。周邊還有很多特色小吃店，晚上散步也很愜意。房間視野開闊，早上陽光灑進來特別美，推薦！

很少做評價，不過這個老闆的服務一定要給個大好評出來半個多月，温州是第三站，洗了多一點的衣服，衣服掛不夠，就問了一下老闆，老闆直接外賣了一組衣架，非常貼心各種問題也是有求必應，衞生不錯，價格合理，能訂到的話建議可以選擇距離機場，火車站都適中也可以開火做飯，樓下是個小型商業街區，買東西很方便#衞生

房間面積較大，設施齊全，如洗衣機、電冰箱、消防安全設施均配置，環境衞生不如人意，房間一股黴味，床上用品潮濕。

客服很好給我們升級了大一點的2房一廳，本來三個人住了幾晚，後來兒子也過來想找個更大一點的公寓住。搬到了一個面積更大的可是衞生和設施都不如這家，後來又回來這家住了。性價比還是很好的，衞生間也夠大。廚房裡衹有2個水杯，要是能放幾個碗筷和杯子就更好了。女兒在樓裏一家工作室學素描，住這裏很方便。周圍環境也很好，樓下吃飯方便，離印象城步行也就15分鐘左右。

客服服務挺熱情的，衞生方面床裏面窗台灰有些，衞生間開關壞一個！礦泉水標配兩瓶大熱天的不夠後續沒有補。馬桶比較小屁股大的要注意‼️，洗澡地漏有點堵漏的很慢。
