It is indeed a newly opened hotel, but it really doesn't have that kind of decoration feel at all. I heard from the front desk that it started its trial operation last year. As soon as you enter the hall, you can smell a very luxurious fragrance. The young lady was very enthusiastic and introduced me to all the details of the hotel. The mini bar is free and the surrounding environment is nice. When I left, the front desk helped me reserve a car. The service was good. I will choose to come back next time if I have the chance.

Everything else was fine. The only issue was the poor handling of parking. Before checking in, I was told there was no parking fee, but that wasn't explained clearly. After my stay, I drove to the security office, but the security guard was rude. He simply said he knew nothing and insisted on charging. I then called the staff and learned that if I stayed beyond 24 hours, I had to pay. The service was subpar, and the security guard was rude.

My stay was amazingly super comfortable, I was greeted by free fruit basket, free tea and complementary hot soup. It ment so much to me who the staff were very enthusiastic, welcoming and supportive especially the manager Fang Xuejun, who has a great service attitude. I recommend this hotel strongly to all travelers and will definitely stay again on my next trip.
