Another hotel in Switzerland rude to me. This time I had the audacity to walk into the bar right next to the hotel reception and ask for a spoon. The lady at the bar who was Carina the owner of the hotel, asked me what was I going to use it for. Totally unnecessary to ask this, however I answered I was going to eat some yogurt. She was visibly irritated by this, but got a spoon, handed it to me and said I could BUY a spoon where I bought my yogurt. Well, I can also write an honest bad review. Being rude literally over nothing is unacceptable. Just pooh u Being rude to me, the paying customer, is unacceptable. We discussed this the next day, her comment wasn't an accident, it was intentional. She stood by it and defended it.

Supercharmigt hotell! När vi var där var under lågsäsong och därför inte så mycket personal. Men de som var där var mycket trevliga. Hotellet hade också trevliga sällskapsutrymmen med honesty bar. Fin bastu och bra frukost. Inget att klaga på. Vi provade inte hotellets restaurang.

Séjour extraordinaire comme d'habitude , chambres confortables , agréables , chaleureuses . Personnel à l'écoute , très gentil et serviable . Terrasse et vue magnifique . Ambiance du restaurant chaleureux et typique . Petits déjeuners copieux et excellents . Restaurant très bon , pas assez typique pour nous qui recherchions plutôt les spécialités suisses , peu de choix mais très bonne qualité . Prix du resto assez cher mais comme ds tous les restos du village . Très bonne situation
