Traditional Swiss houses, very cozy. Although it is far from the train station, the view is unbeatable, and you can see the Jungfrau and the valley from the balcony. The service is also very professional and thoughtful, worthy of being a century-old store. Another thing: the building materials on the mountain are transported up by helicopter, maybe that's why everything is expensive

We stayed in this hotel because of the ski package that included breakfast, dinner and 2 days ski pass. We didn’t expect too much on the food but it turned out so much more than what we have hoped for in a ski package. The view of Jungfrau and the Lauterbrunnen Valley from our room are unbeatable. The outdoor whirlpool with the sunset colour of Jungfrau is certainly a big plus after skiing. The pick up service and the free ski equipment depot at a sports shop next to a cable car station is another advantage of staying in this hotel that is 8 minutes away on foot from the station. If we would come to the region to ski again, we would stay in this hotel again.

Toller Blick, herrlicher Whirlpool, super Essen. Hilfreiches liebevolles Personal. Alls extrem sauber. Tipp: Abends von 3 auf 5-Gang-Menü upgraden, für 6 CHF. Matratzen sind auswechselbar. Wanderweg nach Lauterbrunn beginnt direkt am Hotel.

I loved the deco of the whole hotel: some retro household and sport items, lovely Christmas decorations, lots of plants in the common rooms, different styles of lounges, jacuzzi option, fantastic view were some of the delights. Hospitality was good, though quite direct, buffet breakfast was amazing and catered for Gluten free diet, the dinner was delicious and well presented. I enjoyed a coffee whilst reading before breakfast.
