服務挺好的，低樓層有點潮濕，跟管家反映後，及時調整到了高樓層（設施其實還行，有些老舊，但也在合理範圍內）
酒店距離高鐵站45分鐘車程，有巴士接送，還算方便
淇水灣比市區灣區環境好很多，距離景點很近，打車方便（不建議打車去月亮灣，月亮灣現在很原生態，垃圾很多，但沙真的最細軟，當地zf不開發可惜了，打車到月亮灣價格貴而且很難打車回來，我是加價了很久才打到的）
周邊吃飯很一般，介意環境的話就衹能依賴酒店餐廳了，外賣基本上沒有，而且酒店的自助早餐水準一般（尤其是對比三亞那邊的五星），但抱羅粉還可以
如果自駕or不介意打車的話還是很推薦的，瑕不掩瑜，一座酒店獨享一個灣區，挺有度假風的

這次入住這家高星級的酒店，而且是日常價格的三倍，就是為了看火箭發射。在前台接待人員問及火箭發射的訊息和如何觀看等，都是愛理不理，問3句答不了1句！後來有位年輕的男性服務員很好！一直是滿臉笑容，認真解答，帶我看房間時主動把當天拍的火箭發射機位的照片和窗外的實景對照和我説，一下就完全明白了！後加了7百多塊錢，換了一個能看火箭發射的房間！開始問了半個多小時，前台就沒有一個接待員和我説可以加錢換觀景房！
