Lovely breakfast served quick, hot & fresh. Really welcoming & attentive staff working; Ray, Karli, Kayleigh & Rory! Massive credit to the team

The hotel in my opinion is average reasonably maintained but on the higher price range be warned car parking is available but at an extra cost of £8 per night I felt there was some corner cutting to save money eg very limited refreshment selection and quantity in the room given the room rate. however the restaurant staff were very attentive and food selection is good breakfast is at an extra cost Overall average at a higher cost would look elsewhere if I return to wells again

Premier Inn is always a comfortable place to stay compared to some other more expensive hotels and the one in Wells is located a short walk from the town centre. All the staff is always so friendly and helpful and never hesitate to go the extra mile for you. Comfortable beds and the rooms are well equipped.

We are local to Wells and have stayed at The Premier Inn, several times, and always had a lovely stay. We have got to know Sarah on reception, and Ray, chef, very well. Always, helpful and we, actually have a laugh, with both of them. We stayed last night and went for the meal deal, (dinner, and breakfast).. Very reasonable, Ray, introduced us to new chef, Rory, who cooked a Gert Lush steak for us. Thankyou guys... 🥰..

All the staff at premier inn wells are friendly and welcoming. Particularly Ray the chef makes the start of my day better at breakfast during every stay. Would highly recommend staying here to anybody.

stayed here two nights for an event at the Bath and Wells showground. Only a five minute walk into Wells which is a lovely place. Comfortable beds, althought the shower not very powerful or the free wifi. Must mention Louie who attended to us very friendly and proffessionaly with a smile on his face through out our stay, especially when it was very busy checking in. Pleased to say he is a fellow Man Utd supporter so we had a good chat about that. Also a big thank you to Harrison who was so friendly and helpful on both mornings at breakfast time

Forget the cosy tv adverts staring Lenny Henry with his King size hypno bed and fluffy pillows. We had a ramshackle run down room that was damp with ceiling tiles coming down, two single beds put together and an empty bed at the end of the room. We also had a bath that my disabled wife could not get into, and despite the staff knowing this was a special weekend for us they really couldn’t have cared less. Premier Inn should be ashamed that they offer guest this standard of accommodation and we lost over £70 on our booking. The last time we will ever stay with Premier Inn, a truly awful experience necessitating an early trip home.
