Good location for Blue ridge ferry. Just cross the street. Highly recommend if you have a ferry at 8:30am

The hotel is cheap but you get what you pay for. Everything is dirty, smells bad, and is broken. In my room alone the carpet was dirty with holes in it, the bathroom sink, the wall, the fire-alarm was broken and just hanging lose, there was lots of dust on anything, the sheets were dirty, the shower had mold in it. I just got itchy just being in the room. Everything else was of the same level, the laundry room several machines were broken and i had to get the guy from the reception to come help me, he advised me not to buy food or drinks from the vending machine either because he informed me that was broken as well. I went to the common room one evening and the tables were sticky... All in all I would not recommend this hotel unless you are really are on a tight budget and don't mind a smelly, dirty, dusty, sticky hotel with no working facilities.

Hotel is pretty old, needs renovation. I was living in separate room with own bathroom. But still everything old , smell old, mattress is very soft( Strange carpets everywhere, even on evevator walls))) But location is great, just few minutes from Railway station and Intercity buses stop. Center also just in five minutes walking. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I wish the hotel to be renovated.

Good wee hostel, I can only just recommend to fellow solo travellers. Location is perfect, just opposit of Trainstation.

The staff there are very pleasant and helpful. . I would recommend anyone who wants to stay I wellington. With its strategic location near the train station, it makes it so much convenient .

Location is good, near train station, bluebridge ferry and city. Room is clean, price is affordable.

Location is 5star! Near train station and interisland ferry. If u r coming from an interisland ferry, use the free transport from terminal to train station and just walk to hotel from there! Save taxi expense :-) old bldg but everything’s working. Stayed in double en suite room and it had all we needed including coffee tea and fresh milk station in room! It was a wonderful surprise for the price we paid for. Breakfast for NZ$15 at the restaurant on ground floor was excellent and very worth the price. Will definitely use this place again. Highly recommended. Btw, airport bus is also a walking distance from the hotel and its only NZ$10/adult :-)

Good location, near by quite easy to access. Great for backpackers.
