Countenay village is located on the first and second floors of a building. To enter the building to check in, you need to call the staff to get the password before you can get the key card to enter the building and room. The building's lift is small and old. There was a bit of a bad smell upon entering the room. The cleanliness of the room was OK. There are many restaurants in the street of the building.

The location was great. The space was also excellent, big enough, clean and tidy and well appointed. It was noisy and light at night from the city etc. I slept fine but my husband didn't. Amazingly powerful shower and having access to the washing machine and dryer was brilliant

This is the worst accomondation booking ever for my family. We arrived at 7pm at night. Rang the Courtenay Villages helpline to check in as there is no reception desk. I got told the receptionist left early which they should not. I waited for the man over the line to get hold of his receptionist or security guard. I waited with 2 kids at the gate for an hour or maybe even longer for a reply. The man over the line kept telling me another 10mins and another 15mins. I had received no reply after the informed waiting time. It was ridiculous because at the end the man over the line only need to tell me the code of their letter box to collect the envelope with my room swipe cards. I found the team is very unprofessional. The room was ok but service is extremely poor n difficult.
