Pros: Quiet and private environment, beautiful scenery, good quality breakfast and room service, good service.
Cons: Arrived around 3pm, and waited for a full hour to check in, almost collapsed. The room has no air conditioning and simple facilities. Open bathroom, don't take a shower at night, it will be cold.

This hotel is amazing! We loved it, the only thing to note is that it’s quite a journey from Ella (around 45 mins). I would suggest staying at Ella for 1 night or so and experiencing that, then visiting and unwinding here. The staff, food and room were all fantastic.

Excellent pool for swimming laps, gorgeous design.. staff are friendly efficient and attentive. Thiloka, my personal Butler was brilliant. .. we cycled to the local temple and Lake. We hiked to a waterfall, meditated, paddled and laughed a lot. The cookery class was excellent. I feel confident to repeat in my own kitchen. The chef was brilliant and the woman from the local village, employed as part of of pioneering effort to get older women into work for the first time , was a delight.

Excellent eco-friendly resort. Our cabin was delightful and spotlessly cleaned during our stay. The restaurant food and choices for both breakfast and dinner were outstanding. A special mention to our assigned personal butler Dilke. She was a superb host. She is an asset to your organization. Very personable and helpful. And also the restaurant manager Faisal deserves a mention for his friendly welcoming manner and sharing his knowledge with us.

This place has been a great discovery on our visit to Sri Lanka, a place to remember. The landscape surrounded by mountains and rice fields, the sunset, the cabins, the very friendly and close staff, Nana (the restaurant manager) and the people who worked with him, the quietness and tranquility of the place. And especially the food, my husband and I are lovers of gastronomy and in this place we have enjoyed flavors, the quality of nearby and local food and a formidable chef, thank!! We had a massage at the Spa and it was really good. Although this experience would not have been the same without the attention and care of Saduni, her treatment, help and attention at all times were excellent, as well as the ability to solve and manage when we needed it. She has been a great gift. We will return.

First class all the way! Stayed 2 nights and immersed ourselves in the relaxing environment and enjoyed the wonderful food prepared by chef. The staff were so friendly and even prepared us a special private dining area by the pool for Valentine’s Day dinner which was divine. We will definitely visit again one day.

Les chambres sous forme de petites maisons dispersée tout autour du parc (qui est immense), grandes avec tout le confort nécessaire,salle de bains extérieure.
