The dinner time is set too early for guests, and reservations must be made in advance. I sat down at 7:45 on the first night and before 7 on the second night. In order to meet the requirements of the restaurant, the chef got off work at 8 o'clock, and it was too late to start the meal at 7:45. I had to go out for dinner on the third night. For a boutique hotel with such a high premium, I think such service and food standards are a bit disappointing to the environment that the founder has carefully created.
