Für das Geld was wir bezahlt haben, leider schlecht! Die Privatsuite Rosaris war leider schmutzig, die Matratzen im Zimmer gehen gar nicht! Wie ein Brett! Im Restaurant gab es Missverständnisse… ect. Haben noch ein gutes Kissen naxhgefordert… dies kM aber nie….Fazit… mehr konfort in den Zimmer! Gute Matratzen und Lattenrost ist ein Muss, eigentlich selbstverständlich bei der Preisklasse!

Eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf den Vierwaldstättersee und die Berge, ideal für einen Apéro. Später ein sehr feines Nachtessen genossen. Sehr freundliches Personal und eine sehr saubere Lokalität. Komme sehr gerne wieder einmal.

Ich war mit meiner Familie im Urlaub im Hotel Alexander-Gerbi sehr zufrieden. Unsere drei kleine Töchter hatten viel Spaß im Wellness und beim Schwimmen gehabt. Sehr freundliches Personal, herrliches Blick auf das Meer, gute Ausstattung des Hotels. Leckeres Essen in einem schönen Restaurant. Sehr empfehlenswert !!!. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I got the day spa voucher for this hotel for my birthday. I had one entire day inside the spa, which I have to say it is nice…the spa has a pool inside and a pool outside, it was a rainy day so outside was really cold and I have to say water was too cold, for me and my friend wasn’t enought warm to enjoy. Pleasant was the sauna area and all these beautiful old rooms inside. With spa day we got also to have lunch there, at the restaurant, lunch was good, service was a bit pushing to be honest, but we enjoyed it anyway. The spa has really a beautiful view. Service at the spa receptionist was really good and professional, really welcoming. We loved the bed full with water, to relax, and the fact you can have tea and water whenever you want. Generally I would like to come back there, I just hope water will be warmer. Marika and Claudia

Spectacular view of the lake from the pool. Spa and pool were wonderful and not crowded, so it was very peaceful and relaxing and loved that there were waterbeds available to rest on. The meals were delicious, too. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great place to stay with an amazing view of the lake. The staff was super kind and helpful. It was a long walk to the bus station with luggage for my trip out the next day and they were able to arrange a ride for me and sent me with a sandwich since I had to leave before breakfast started. Very thoughtful. The pools are a great amenity and the spa menu looked amazing. Comfortable bed too.

Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht ganz
Das Hotel scheint kaum 4* zu verdienen, jedenfalls, was die Zimmer anbetrifft. Der Eingangsbereich sowie die Terrasse und der Gartenbereich sind sehr schön, aber die Zimmer sind im Preis/Leistungsverhältnis doch sehr überteuert. Das Bett war mit einer sehr dünnen Matratze und schietschend sehr unbequem und allgemein wirkte unser Zimmer alt, gebraucht und erneuerungsbedürftig. Lage und Aussicht des Seezimmers hingegen sind sehr schön. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig.
