It’s a quaint property and the employees are friendly. It can use some upgrades and renovations, but overall we stay and enjoy our time. It’s our home away from home staycation location. It works for us. I’m waiting to see the summer outside pool open that can certainly change my rating. Breakfast area very small and tight but the food and quick grab and go items are good and tasty.

These people have the worst hospitality they are not even the slightest bit accommodating and to top it all off they charge you extra for everything and if that’s not enough to steer u another way then wait til u hear this part? My friend is sitting in a one bed room with 2 kids as well as another adult and they said they didn’t have any double beds when she checked in for her reservation which (wouldn’t u have it ? ) was A DOUBLE BED!?! so screw these stuck up a holes and their discriminating treatment? Where are the people who over see these imbeciles ? SOMEONE PLEASE COME DO YOUR JOB AND TEACH THESE EMPLOYEES SOMETHING USEFUL LIKE SOME ACT RIGHT!

We stayed at this hotel last September and the rooms have been renovated since. We were happy with the renovations they did. The rooms were very nicely furnished. Small couch, table and another bench along with the usual bureau, fridge and microwave. Beds were comfortable. In the bathrooms they have the squeeze bottles attached to the shower with shampoo/conditioner. All you had to do was squeeze gently. Not in my case, i squeezed for about 5 min and nothing came out. That is my only complaint!

Our stay has consistently been fantastic. We've chosen this venue multiple times due to the exceptional staff and leadership. The rooms are always spotless, and the linens are consistently fresh. We are now loyal customers and will only choose Quality Inn for our future stays. Great job, Quality Inn, for excelling in the hospitality industry!

We stayed in a first floor room for one night after driving the Blue Ridge Parkway. An older property that has had a recent facelift of flooring, bathrooms, etc. The location is quiet and the rooms are on the large side. Breakfast is good, so is service. A clean place that we would stay again.

I got 2 rooms, 1 with 2 Queen's and 1 with a King. The rooms that had Queen's in them, which we had to exchange both smelled like smoke. Those were for my Mother-in-law and my son. Our king was fine. If not for the smoke smell in both those rooms I would have given you a five star review!
