The front desk service attitude is not friendly.
The air conditioner in the room was too noisy, but I couldn't turn it off. I contacted the front desk and was told that this is how the air conditioner works, without any apology.
The breakfast is a limited edition. It was basically empty when I went there after 7 o'clock, and there was no refill.

This is a relatively new property and everything felt very new, neat and clean. Much nicer than other Holiday Inn Express properties I've stayed at. Even the breakfast was slightly above average. Excellent choice for the area.

Great staff. Was helpful when called to making accommodations for a handicapped room with a walk in shower with bath seat build in to the shower. Would love to stay here again. I love the area of waynesboro and Staunton. So close to everything

East I stayed on 27-28 April. It is a very nice new property within walking distance to dinner places. I was checked in by a young man (Rocky?) – very welcoming. Once in my room, I realized that I had forgotten my credit card during check-in, and as a serviceminded (and honest) person he had rushed to get it back to me.

Overall things were okay. Only issue was that I overheard a conversation between an employee and the manager where the employee was told that there was no need to return that discussion really should've been held in an office not at the front desk in plain site so everyone could see or hear I feel bad for the employee above all as they had to deal with the manager handling that situation in a very unprofessional way I could only imagine how the young lady felt.
