Holiday Inn Express London - Watford Junction Reviews

Overall a clean hotel with good service. Location is decent, next door to Watford train station and an O'Neils pub outside. The only downside is the limited very tight carpark! Other than that a decent stay for business.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel, thanks to the outstanding service from the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to our needs, making our stay so much more enjoyable. Their friendliness and dedication truly set this hotel apart!

Excellent base for visiting Harry Potter Studios. Free bus to the studios right beside it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Comfy beds. Lovely shower. 5 stars

Good location and reasonable customer service

I really loved the stay. The shower room was nicely decorated and amazing to use. They had a nice setup for the room I.e the bed was comfortable, you could watch tv to pass the time, a kettle with amenities such as sugar/tea. The view outside was also beautiful. Overall I really felt relaxed and at home

From approaching registration until leaving, everyone was good humoured, friendly and extremely helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable.
