Wij sliepen aan de achterkant. We vonden het vrij gehorig: zowel op de achterplaats van het hotel als de kamer zelf. Als er de kamer boven ons ging douchen,was dat erg goed te horen. Gelukkig is douche maar een kort moment. Verder een heerlijk verblijf gehad hier. Mooie omgeving Nette kamer, vriendelijk personeel.

Dit hotel is geen 4 sterren hotel
Kamer was schoon behalve onder het bed en de verwarming
Ontbijt was goed maar er kon wel wat meer fruit in de mand
Koffie apparaat met 5 soorten en heet water
Juich apparaat met 2 soorten
Pannenkoekjes
Stoelen in de eetzaal kunnen wel wat schoner
Er vloog ook een musje in de ontbijtzaal

It was a nice location and a nice room. The bathroom was a little dated, and for older people there was no elevator and those steep Dutch stairs. The price was reasonable.

There were 3 female staff who where very helpful. The male staff were polite but without the help of the female staff were unable to help me.
At first I was told there were no ironing facilities and on asking the manager an iron and ironing board were found.
There are two floors and NO LIFT. Anyone with mobility problems would not be able to stay here.
The hotel is far from the town centre and you will need a taxi. The taxi service they use do not have a metre and make up the taxi fare so haggling is useful. The best thing to do is ensure the hotel staff ask the cost of the journey so the taxi driver has little room to ask for extra.
The quality of food and drink is poor. Don't ask for a cocktail as corners are cut. The food has little flavour. The menu stated the nachos come with avocado and cheese. The latter appeared to be flavoured sauces and there was no real cheese.
There was telephone in the room and the safe was
broken.
A very expensive place for poor quality.

In juni samen met een vriendin een High Tea gedaan. Tot onze schrik zat er tijdens een hap een groot stuk glas in mijn mond. De trek was volkomen weg. Dit glad laten zien, gemeld. Ze wilden ons hiervoor wat te drinken aanbieden terwijl onze gehele high Tea in duigen viel. We gingen hier niet mee akkoord. Ze boden ons vervolgens een nieuwe high Tea aan op een willekeurige andere dag. Hier zijn wij mee akkoord gegaan. Omdat wij op vakantie waren zijn mijn ouders 27 december deze high Tea gaan nuttigen en tot onze grote verbazing en schrik hebben zij hiervoor moeten afrekenen! Service is onder de maat. Ik heb dit per mail gemeld maar hier nog niks op terug mogen ontvangen. Zodra ik iets verneem zal ik dit laten weten.

Great stay for tulip season
Great location, very child friendly and helpful staff! English was no problem, parking included and gated. Great restaurant and breakfast. We will visit again!
