Cosy, self-contained, studio style cottage. Guests are welcome to make full use of all facilities. A large entertaining area with barbeque and fire pit. Set on an acreage on the edge of Warwick with bushland setting. Single carport with plenty of space in our yard for a caravan, trailer or truck. Unfenced, so no pets, sorry. Light breakfast included. We can cater for four, having a queen bed and a fold out sofa, although we’d suggest this is most comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 2:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.About events:No events allowed.
