The main and only plus is the location. It's an 8-minute walk to Varshavskaya Wskhodnyaya station. Cons: cleaning was not done even once in 4 days, everything is dilapidated, the contingent is very noisy (school groups with zero discipline)

A clean B&B, very suitable for friends who travel. The room is simple, the price is not expensive, and it is a very quiet sleeping environment. I like it very much.
