I would like to be able to comment on the beds, on the room and how well lit it was, or how the staff were friendly and accommodating. Or how the location was and the tips the staff gave for activities or dinner. But I can't. The management of the hotel CANCELLED our booking 2 HOURS before check in on a bank holiday weekend. This is just terrible customer service. So as I did not stay there I am assuming the worst. A big fat zero from me. Thanks guys.

My husband and I enjoyed a comfortable 4-day stay in Warsaw thanks to the residence's central location and the thoughtful accommodations provided. The apartment had the spacious, clean, and good-quality bedroom, living room, bath, and kitchen we wanted, plus the sweeping city view we had hoped for. Fresh coffee from the espresso machine near the lobby was the cherry on top! We would have appreciated English-language TV access for the late evening, but filling our days with sightseeing and dining more than made up for that lack.
