Room (311) was amazing. Large, spacious and with its own kitchen bench. Clean and very quiet. Hotel staff were perfect with good English skills. Bed king size amazingly comfortable. Location very good just a 5 minute walk to old town. They even supply bath robes and slippers.

New hotel, good location, great breakfast and superfriendly staff. Breakfast both buffet and to order - all super fresh. Quiet rooms and comfy beds. Stayed with group of friends for a 40th celebration and we were all very happy with the stay.

Brylantowa lokalizacja, świetny design, niesamowita i przyjacielska atmosfera, tak w paru zdaniach określiłabym to miejsce. Nowa perła na mapie Warszawy, dotychczas korzystałam z innych miejsc, ale Hotel Flaner zauroczył mnie do końca. Przepyszne śniadanie, zjedzone w wyjątkowej aurze, kuchnia europejska z polskim akcentem. Pokoje w stylu butikowy , bardzo przestronna łazienka, wygodne łóżko i piękny zapach.

Superb luxury hotel in the heart of a superb city. We were spoilt from the second we arrived, they thought of everything. The room was huge and spectacular and we had everything we could need. The bed was massive and so comfy. The restaurant was amazing and Derek the concierge looked after us. No negatives at all for this hotel. Thank you.
