We never made it into the property because there was absolutely no communication with us. We tried many, many times to contact by phone, email, and even just showing up at the address. There was no one who would take our calls or reply back to us. You can imagine how stressful this can be, visiting a foreign country and you can not find a way to get into the apartment you already booked. We had to book another hotel at 10 pm at night because of this. And then when we requested a refund, they denied us. ******* did nothing to help except to say it was up to Ego Apartments to give a refund. Stay away from this property! There are plenty of other options of hosts who will better communicate and make sure your trip is stress free. It's not this one!

Preferisco sempre alloggiare nel centro storico delle citta’ e la scelta e’ caduta su questo appartamento in quanto posizionato sulla piazza davvero molto bella. L’appartamento non era perfettamente pulito, sebbene tutto bianco! Le tende bianche non oscurano bene e la mattina presto entra la luce. Comunicazione buona con l’host, sebbene il ceck in si deve fare a Piwna 26 a 200m dalla casa. Altro punto negativo che non puoi lasciare i bagagli al ceck out e avendo il volo la sera e’ un po’ seccante portarsi i trolley dietro. PS il deposito alla stazione era non disponibile! A Varsavia consiglio di muoversi con uber, economico e affidabile. Nella piazza varia scelta di ristoranti e bar e market 24h a 200m. Prenotato su booking a 190€ tre notti poi al cambio e’ risultato essere 210€

Perfect in Old Town
This apartment had everything ready and necessary for a three night stay in an Old Town square. View from windows of apartment was the beautiful cathedral with bell tower chiming the hours. The washer came in very handy for travelers needing to wash clothes.
Two caveats: there are no taxis or autos allowed in the street adjacent, so be prepared to walk with your baggage. Also the antique building has a beautiful staircase but no lift to walk up three stories with luggage.

Steckdose in der Küche fällt aus, Internet/WiFi hat nicht funktioniert, kleiner Fön, braucht lange um Haare zu trocknen, Badezimmer hat unangenehmen Geruch, Bauarbeiten am Freitag im höheren Stockwerk, Wasserkocker funktioniert nicht immer, Staub an den Decken und Lüftungsschächten....
