La posizione strategica consente di poter raggiungere agevolmente ogni meta d'interesse sia a piede sia con i mezzi pubblici. L’albergo è davvero carino, camere molto curate e pulite. Personale disponibile, cordiale, molto professionale. Ottima la colazione in parte a buffet e in parte alla carta. Hotel consigliato soprattutto ai giovani per la vicinanza ai locali per trascorrere delle piacevoli serate. Alessandro e Angela

O hotel fica muito bem localizado, na rua Nowy Swiat, a poucos minutos de caminhada da cidade velha. Há muitos restaurantes nas proximidades. O quarto em que fiquei não é grande, mas atendeu bem a um viajante solo. Café da manhã bom. Quando cheguei, não havia ninguém na recepção. Havia apenas um número de telefone para que ligasse e um recado de “volto já”. Como não tinha número de telefone ativo na Polônia, tive de contar com a ajuda de um outro hóspede. Os funcionários são atenciosos. Patric foi muito paciente e gentil ao me explicar onde pegar um transporte até o aeroporto.

Great location. Fantastic breakfast. Clean room. No complaints apart from the slightly complicated light switches. Air con seemed to be a little on and off. Staff very helpful and friendly. I would choose again certainly

Booked deluxe room but got an attic room. We deliberately did not book this room, but the only option was another much smaller room and also much cheaper than what we had paid. We didn't get a good explanation about the room we had booked. So no good solution. Hotel makes double bookings or ******* doesn't report it properly. Hotel staff was more of ignoring and excuse couldn’t get away. Just say honestly that something went wrong.
Reception is never there. When checking out there was a note at the table near the elevator that the reception was on the first floor. There are only rooms and the breakfast room. Asked there and it turned out that the lady from the breakfast was also the reception. Was only told we could put the room card down at the tabel by the elevator. No interest in whether the stay was pleasant.

Booked a Balcony room on *******, but was given an attic room instead as it was the ONLY room left, because apparently the hotel was not informed by ******* of the room type booking.
Clean was clean and bed was comfortable.
Wifi was horrible, no sustained connection, wifi connection kept dropping and was not able to hold.
No reception staff at the main desk, need to call them and they will come down to greet you.
