I think the staff needs training. I arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, but they said they would give me a room only after the check-in time, so I decided to wait in the lobby, but they sent the guests who came after me right away.. I waited wondering what they were doing, but when there were no guests, 3 counter staff left the counter empty and went into the office(?)… It seems like they didn’t train the staff.. I was assigned a room, but it was a twin bed, so I asked the counter, and they said if I put it together, it would be a queen bed… Sometimes it happens at motel-level hotels, but I didn’t know it would happen at a 4-star hotel. I didn’t like single beds, so I paid more and booked a queen bed, but they told me to put the single bed together… The twin single and queen bed grades are clearly different in the room types, but this doesn’t seem to be the case. It seems like the size of the bed is different.. They should have notified me from the beginning that it could be a queen bed or twin single~ Later, they brought a thin queen-size mattress and laid it out, but I didn’t want to. It seems like all the room types I booked were calling twin singles queen. Be careful when making a reservation. The location is good. It’s close to the station, and the room condition is good. The bed squeaks, but… No slippers, one bottle of water, one bottle of carbonated water.. The reusable container is some kind of all-in-one product. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are not separated. It's near a convenience store, and it's quiet because there's an office building next door.
