The hotel reception desk is staffed by very nice young people, everyone is trying to help. The rooms are quite large. I liked the design with paintings on the ceiling in the rooms. Despite the efforts of the reception staff, it is immediately obvious that the hotel management is terrible. The staff's work is organized disgustingly. Almost every day I went down to the reception several times with requests to clean the room, they wrote them down and did not do it. Is it really that hard to clean the room every day, as promised in the hotel description? Dust is visible to the naked eye on the black shelves in the hallway. In 4 nights, they cleaned it once after my very insistent request. Is it really that hard to replenish the filtered water in the room every day? The reception staff (and they are sweet) had to personally carry water to the room instead of the Food & Beverages and Cleaning staff. It is unclear what the cleaning lady does. At the same time, on the day of Check-Out, she opened the door to my room 3-4 times before the check-out time, as if hinting that it was time for me to vacate it and that she should clean up. Breakfasts are not cheap (45 PLN), but modest and the selection is small: yoghurt, butter, 3 types of bread, ham, 2 types of cheese, cold cuts, sausages, omelette, orange and apple juice, tea, coffee, water, pastries, sliced ​​orange, pineapple, melon (or papaya), grapefruit, dates and sunflower seeds, tomatoes, cucumbers. When you read this list, it may seem that the choice is large, in fact, for a comparable price, other hotels in the city have more interesting breakfasts. The hotel design in the Loft style is very much for a connoisseur. Photos on the Internet do not quite convey it. The rooms, even with all the lights on, are very gloomy and brutal, there is not enough light, especially in the hallway, and a strange hum comes from the grill of the switched off air conditioner, the room, although spacious, is very uncomfortable.
