I really wanted to like my experience here, but this hotel is a luxurious facade. The check in experience was an absolute nightmare; the property manager did not communicate with me at all, and it took me an hour and a half to get the check in process sorted out because ******* made a grave mistake and gave us the wrong number to a different company, resulting in the wrong people getting reprimanded (the concierge people at the apartment were amazing and super helpful, and I’m super grateful for them!) Once we entered room, it looks absolutely gorgeous and luxurious, but looks are deceiving. There were not enough towels for everyone (we only had 2 towels for 3 people), I had no proper pillows to sleep on when using the pull-out couch, (I had to use the decorative pillows on the couch), there were no towels in the kitchen, one of the toilet buttons didn’t work, the detachable shower head did not work, there was garbage in the freezer from the previous customers, and the wall lights in the bedroom did not work. It’s a shame because the room is gorgeous, the location is convenient and close to all of the main attractions, and as mentioned before, the concierge staff amazing, but the experience that I had has ruined my stay. I would not recommend staying here

Disappointed We stayed in an apartment on a top floor. The temperature outside was above 30 and you could hardly feel the air conditioning in the apartment. Not only that the quality was so bad you couldn’t feel it was on, only one room had the air-con. It was absolutely roasting. Maybe winter time is better! There were only a couple of little hooks on a wall in the bathroom to hand your towels and such cheap quality that they kept falling off as soon as you hanged the towel. We stay in many different locations and apartments and that was one of the worst experiences so far, sorry.

We stayed in this apartment during our two-day stay in Warsaw. The place is located about 20 minutes from the central station, which is a big plus. The building looks great both outside and inside, but the apartment we received is one big disaster. The apartment is dirty, not vacuumed, a lot of hair, dust and rubbish everywhere. The floor is sticky, looks unwashed. The bathroom is in a terrible condition, unhygienic, dirty and neglected. A lot of mold, fungi and probably mites. I opened the drain because the water would not drain and I did not expect such a surprise there. (See the photos below) TRAGEDY! UNBELIEVABLE! The same in the sink, the pipes are so clogged that the water drains for half a day. People from Ashma - watch out! I did not feel good in it at all, and I hope I did not get infected with anything. In the living room a dirty sofa, (like in a hostel) broken balcony door with a note not to open, walls with visible mold. Are you serious, selling your guests an apartment in such a state? It is unacceptable, and you should not charge for it. If you have such problems, before selling you should fix the things mentioned, and do a deep cleaning! There is probably a lack of someone here who would control it on an ongoing basis, and it is worth thinking about it as soon as possible, because I do not predict a future for this place. I do not recommend this place at this moment, but I believe that they will quickly fix this situation, solve the problems because it is a waste of this potential. I will add photos so that you can locate what I am talking about faster. Good luck.

Checked in on a Saturday and room was dirty, light bulbs not working. Issues were sorted on the Monday. The apartment was not checked prior to my arrival or they did not care. Even though the location for work was great I will not use them again. Did not get value for money and no compensation for delay in sorting room.

If you are looking for a clean room, check somewhere else !! We arrived in 107 and we Paid for 2 adults and 1 child, only 2 big towels were provided, no towels for child and no blanket for The extra bed. Room was so dirty , you can smell dust everywhere , black Hair in The bed, pillows with yellow staines, so disgusting. We call The owner and a lady which was The manager arrived, without any excuse she Just asked if they can clean The room now or if we want to leave. Since we paid we asked to change The room, another room was provided but full Of dust anyway!!! The manager asked also30 euro extra for 1 blanket Of The bed. No cleaning service, terrible experience

Apartment was clean, modern, very specious and very comfortable, good kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. Good position and easy access to transport to go to any place of city. To summarise quiet place in the middle of city, definitely I going to come back in the future.

We chose one bedroom apartment. The location was convenient for our needs, the apartment modern, clean, secure but we were provided by only one key which was not practical - yes you could enter to the building and operate elevator with either safety card or code but you could not enter the apartment without the key. The first night the towels were missing and it took the quite a while to bring them, also we just got two big towels, no small ones, and one of them had several holes - not terribly exciting. The A/C was in the living area so didn’t provide coolness in bedroom during the night. The furniture was modern, tending to provide smart solutions and some luxury, some things were not practical at all - the height of the bathroom sink was way too high and I am 173 cm (5’8). The TV provided various platform but not one single regular TV channel and although there was another one in the bedroom it was not working.
