For business trip, the hotel has a good location, next to the business center and very close to the train station. The hotel service is OK; the breakfast is also good. But in the room, the computer was left there for a while, and there was a lot of dust on the computer. In addition, it is called a classic double bed room, but only one bed has a bedside table, which is not convenient to turn on and off the light.

The hotel is in a great location, facing the Palace of Culture and Science, and next to a shopping mall. There is a Carrefour supermarket in the basement, which is very convenient for buying local specialties before leaving. The hotel swimming pool requires reservations. We went there at night. Warsaw gets dark after 3 o'clock this season. Convenient location, right in the city center with the view of the city landmarks. Friendly staff and good breakfast. The only disappointment was the swimming pool/ sauna rules which are not specified while making a booking on trip.com. We came to find out that the pool is only accessible for one hour per guest and additional time must be paid extra and cannot exceed 3 hours per day. In addition, an advanced booking must be made in order to use the pool and spa facilities. These restrictions should be transparently stated as the inconvenience left us with a feeling of mis-advertisement, which is a shame for such a nice hotel.

Very close to the city center, but the swimming pool on the rooftop is a bit small, so you need to make a reservation in advance. The scenery in the breakfast area is also good. It should be a top hotel in Warsaw, but the check-out time is not as flexible as in China

InterContinental Warsaw is a top five-star hotel with a very good location. We stayed here for one night. It is more appropriate to stay in a five-star hotel in Poland. Warsaw is not particularly fun compared to Krakow next door. The hotel is close to the city center and major attractions and has convenient transportation.
In terms of service, the staff is very professional and friendly, always willing to help. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth.
