Отличное расположение, но номера уже морально устаревшие и находятся на грани необходимости для реновации.
Бассейн с прекрасным видом бесплатно тольок в течении часа в день, потом каждый час за доплату. В бассейн пускают не тольок гостей поэтому было очень многолюдно.

The stay at this hotel was extremely successful. The view from the 43rd floor was beautiful, straight onto the Palace of Culture and Science and the whole of Warsaw. A wonderfully equipped gym. Friendly service. Very clean room. Warm water in the pool. Close to everything. The Royal Castle is 4 stops away on tram no. 4 from Rondo ONZ. Really wonderful surroundings.

Wonderful stay in Warsaw!
I spent three nights at this hotel and was absolutely thrilled. The location is perfect – central, yet quiet. Many attractions are within walking distance, and public transportation is also nearby.
The room was very clean, modernly furnished, and had a super comfortable bed. I particularly liked the small coffee and tea station and the spacious bathroom. The view of the Warsaw skyline from the window was a real highlight!
The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful – whether during check-in, with restaurant recommendations, or arranging a taxi to the airport.
The breakfast was also excellent: a wide selection, freshly prepared dishes, and regional specialties. I looked forward to it every morning.
Overall, a top-notch hotel with very good value for money. I would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend it!

The temperature in the room was too high and AC didn't work well, we were eventually changed to another room, which was on the top floors.
Reception was not always available by phone.
Staff was always very friendly.
Lobby bar was closed for renovation and the whole lobby was being renovated, so the entrance area did not feel like an InterContinental or 5* hotel at the moment.
We ordered room service, which was very nice. Rooms are a big and cozy, big bathrooms, separate shower and bathtub is great.
The gym and spa in the top floors is amazing.
