The hygiene is really bad. The garbage bags in the toilet are reused. The same garbage bags have been used for three days. The sound insulation is also poor. There are people singing at 12 o'clock every night. The bed creaks and the curtains leak air on all sides. The layout of the quadruple room is as shown in the picture. It is the most rudimentary quadruple room I have stayed in in so many European countries. Except for the location, the location is good. It is not recommended to stay here.

They were so kind and had large individual lockers, which was nice. The community room where you can make friends and the daily events looked so fun, and I was able to make a lot of friends. The friends at the front desk were all so kind and friendly, which was nice☺️

We arrived at the hotel at nearly 11 o'clock in the morning. After waiting for a long time, the front desk checked our check-in order and said that it was not found. She went to do other things, and then we stated that we had indeed booked at their hotel. She checked again on the computer and finally found it. But she said that the check-in time needed to be postponed, and asked us to store our luggage at the hotel, and then we left. At nearly 18:00, we went to the hotel again. After the front desk clerk asked us to take out our luggage, he only served the bar staff who were drinking drinks outside and ignored us. We waited for a long time and repeatedly greeted us to check in. Later, a male waiter started to check for us on the computer. After checking, he said that there was no order for us. Then he ignored us again, and our protest was useless. We had no choice but to call Ctrip in China for help. After Ctrip negotiated, the waiter started to check us in again. During this period, we waited for several hours. I have stayed in many hotels in many countries, but this is the first time I have encountered a hotel that makes things so difficult for travelers. The hotel has a bar, and the service staff mainly serve the bar, and often ignores the guests staying in. I am very grateful to Ctrip for handling the matter in a timely and heartwarming manner, and they also gave me RMB 100 as compensation. I was able to travel abroad entirely thanks to Ctrip, which is like our family, making us feel very at home even though we don't speak foreign languages ​​and are unfamiliar with the place!
