City Break Wolska Aparthotel

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was warm and the beds were very comfy. The staff were professional and friendly. The area, quiet. The location very convenient. Shops and transport within walking distance. The look of the room was modern. Lift to get to the floor. We were on the seventh floor. Excellent value for money.

Dirty!!!!! Hairs on the floor, blood stains on duvet covers, dirty towels!!!! Shocking!!!! I never seen anything like this in my life!!! Disgusting!!!! I was working for hospitality for 10 years and I never even saw anything dirty like this place!!! AVOID!!!!

It is a simple very very small hotel room of 15m2, not an apartment. The room is definitely for only one person and for a short term stay. There is no cleaning in the room or even changing the towels. If you want it, please, pay 80 zloty. Parking is 30 zloty a day. The clothes dryer is very small, only for underwear and socks ( the issue of not changing the towels becomes very relevant, since there is no place to dry them). There is a tea kettle, but if you want to use it, you have to put it on the floor, since there are no sockets near the table. No A/C, thank god we are staying in October. Good things: 1) tea kettle, tableware (2 cups, glasses, forks, dessert knives and plates), fridge with a freezer 2) pretty good soundproof system, we only were bothered about road constructions, but they start around 9 a.m. 3) thick curtains 4) the room and bathroom is clean 5) superb Wi-FI 6) the heater in the room which you can turn on/off whenever you want, the clothing dryer in the bathromm is electric, you can switch it on if you want as well. Bad things: 1) The size of the room 2) No A/C 3) See through wall in the bathroom, WHY????? 4) No shelf in the shower for gel shower and shampoo, you put it on the floor. 5) Few sockets 6) No cleaning, changing towels, throwing of garbage etc 7) The pillow cases were dusted and covered with hair, we had to dust them off. The bedhead is made of fabric, and it is not vacuumed cleaned, so the dust and rubbish from it falls on the bed 8) There is a road constructions in front of the hotel, you are notified about this only after reservation and payment.
