Fantastic choice as always. Extremely convenient and the staff is friendly and helpful. I had a chance to try their meals at the restaurant and the drinks. All were truly delightful, and I highly recommend the hotel for anyone having a long layover

The hotel exceeded expectations- it truly is a 5* stay. The room was very large and comfortable bed. Breakfast was really good - one best selections had for long while. Great location opposite airport. Only challenge is stopping water escaping the shower onto floor ( minor point) . Two Sebastions at reception were helpful. Overall very much enjoyed our overnight airport stay.

Everything was great, especially the amenities with many restaurants, bars, a spa, a gym... I have however to mention that the trainee receptionist who checked me out was not particularly friendly. She told me I could not use the gym after checking out. This is very surprising in an airport hotel - far from the city - where many people will have to wait for their afternoon or evening flight long after checking out. Thankfully I asked again to another staff in the afternoon, who was more than happy to give me access to the gym. I would therefore recommend that the trainee in question improves her hospitality skills.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed my stay right from the moment I walked in till I checked out, left my luggage in their luggage room and returned after satisfying my ice-cream craving around the corner (Stolica Lodow). I understand why this hotel has a higher rating the Hampton by Hilton Warsaw airport. My twin room was on the 5th floor and it had comfortable beds and pillows. Though the view from my room was of a construction site and a block of apartments, I still had the view of the lovely plants in the parking lot. My bathroom was clean and had all the supplies I needed. The decor in the lobby was stunning. If you love taking pictures, you’d appreciate this. I also love that it has a wee kiddies play area in the lobby. I enjoyed my breakfast and had some more pancakes, they were scrumptious. I arrived for breakfast at half 9 and noticed that the fruits were all gone but they were soon replenished, i liked that. I was looking forward to some cakes at breakfast but there wasn’t any 😔 In all, I had a lovely time there and look forward to visiting again soon.

I stayed recently at the hotel for the timeframe of mid-march 2022, and enjoyed the food (loved the artichoke pasta dishes and the turkey club sandwich with bacon), and the hospitality. For us English speaking folks, it was very easy to communicate with the staff, both at the front desk, and with the bar / wait staff. The staff was respectful, and were willing to help you with any reasonable request. From assisting me with booking train tickets on my laptop for local trips, to scheduling COVID testing for my flight home. The staff was very friendly and considering the present environment was very generous with their time. I would go back in a heartbeat, as it is close to a local grocery store, their rooms have a large safe, easy to accommodate a laptop, and a small refrigerator. The rooms are relatively sound proof, so if you are mostly active at night vs. the day sleeping during daylight hours this is not an issue. If you do go to the local grocery store, just a reminder, you need to bring your own bags, and you have bag all the items your self, not typically something you see in the US. Everyone in the area walks everywhere, so there are distinct walking paths vs. bicycling paths, and all pedestrians have the right of way in the cross walks. That being said, situational awareness is key, as vehicle speeding signs are mostly a suggestion rather than the rule. Folks park on the sidewalks, as no one parks on the street. Almost no one except for tourists walk with their phones out, as locals keep a good eye on vehicles and fellow pedestrians. Overall I would like to thank the staff for the generosity, and help with some of the simple tasks that I found challenging due to the language barrier, overall making my trip a success. This is very good location if you have early morning flight. Room is big enough, so it was comfortable to sleep and leave at 5 in the morning I’ll stay here again

Old hotel but still keeps high standards. Rooms big enough and clean but there is no electricity socket close to bed. Which is inconvenient. Pro for women: Rituals cosmetics in the room.:) Breakfast was ok, but there was no one at the egg station for almost half an hour and i couldnt order my eggs as i had to leave already.

Hotel seems new, very clean and modern. Room was modern including bathroom. Good Breakfest, very good bar. I enjoyed my stay and will stay there on my next trip.The air conditioning in the room did not work but it was not an issue. Payment at the front desk could have been quicker (issues with CC payment devices).

Hello. I haven't resigned for a long time, but now I've decided to resign. Hotel is excellent, to get a good deal, cleanliness everywhere, everything will script and in the room and halls, the plumbing of decent quality, everything fresh, the perina is comfortable (noisy the truth of the extract fan, works with the lighting on). Our standard room was small but for short stay is quite sufficient. The view from the window to the city yard so much, but the silence allowed to sleep with open window and the conduits were not turned on. Breakfast is very good including hot and cold dishes, coffee from the car is also decent!!! Staff on the reseption is very welcoming, without knowledge of Polish easy to talk. When next visit to Warsaw, I will not even look for anything. Thank you very much to the staff (Polski and Ukrainian). The hosts are perfect. All tourists and travelers of luck.

What a great place to stay! Good location, fantastic breakfast, huge room, enormous bathroom, and a gym and a pool/spa to die for. Couldn't ask for anything more. The breakfast was a bit pricey, but the choice of food was out of this world. Also, you can get a smaller breakfast and pay three times as less. Overall though, a lovely stay.
