Premier Inn Warrington Central North

We stayed in 319. Nice and cozy room but the bathroom is cold due to a very cold draft coming from behind the toilet panel. We had breakfast sunday morning 02.02. The waitress was extremely nice and she was on the top of everything. Next time we will request for bath.

I was very impressed by everything here, it was a lovely surprise! All the staff were great, fab room, really good shower and very comfy bed. Breakfast was huge and really good veggie options. Will consider premier inn again in the near future.

If I could give this hotel and the staff members a 10* rating I would! Sadly on new years day me and my daughters were affected by flooding. Since arriving here the staff have been wonderful, warm welcome and very supportive. No request has been too big or too small, the staff have been amazing trying to make us feel safe and comfortable, going the extra mile on a daily basis! Special thank you to Nadia and Duty manager Daria for going above and beyond!

Stayed here for a night with my partner. Hotel is on quite a busy road and it’s very easy to miss the cut off for it. However itself was really welcoming and reception staff were really nice. We got the premier plus room which was great. Fridge, waterfall shower, usb charging ports, led lighting and more. Only downside was the light on vanity lights wasn’t working and there was a lot of noise at night every so often, sounded like a dirt bike on a pathway behind the hotel. It has a large car park and isn’t far from the main town centre. Lots of taxi options in the area aswell.

We arrived at night & it was dark. The Premier Inn sign wasn't lit up & it was difficult to find our way into the car park (which is free). We knew there was a Toby Carvery next to it & if it wasn't for their sign being lit up we would have really struggled to find it. The hotel has a breakfast room but do not offer any other meals & the Toby Carvery next door made it very clear that they have nothing to do with the Premier Inn (there seemed to be history between them). The hotel is well situated with a five to ten minute drive into Warrington town centre which has a good shopping area, & there is a large retail park not far from the hotel which has several eating establishments. The hotel itself was the usual Premier Inn fare, clean & well furbished rooms. I would stay here again.

Lovely hotel, nice and clean great breakfast but as usual for premier inn the staff are overstretched. That being said the lady that was on desk and running the breakfast did her uppermost to keep a smile on and server everyone in a timely manner. Did not catch her name. My only criticism would be that she did not ask one person if they had allergies but in her defence with any job, when you are going to give someone too many balls to juggle they will undoubtedly drop one. PREMIER INN STOP STRETCHING YOUR STAFF TO BREAKING POINT.
