來了海南七次，第一次來石梅灣，這個價位跟其他的酒店比起來，性價比確實不高，在同等價位裏有其他更多更好的選擇，大人的游泳池太小，另一個異形泳池晚上不開放，不明白為什麼那麼早關，而且唯一一個晚上開放的游泳池水太渾濁。酒店的優勢是沙灘比較寬，孩子們玩沙比較安全。活動看起來也很多，我們呆了兩晚，參加了一次活動，其餘的什麼贈送的香蕉船和旅拍沒有體驗，預約久幾個二維碼和一些制式回覆，流於形式，所以看起來贈送的服務一大堆，真正體驗的很少。早餐不錯，早餐餐廳的服務員和客房的服務員都很勤快，桌子收的很快，房間打掃非常及時，放在房間門口的垃圾基本不會超過一個小時就會收走，這個是這次住的幾家酒店裡最好的。

亮點，早餐，房間和管家不錯，前台小姐姐幫忙升級了庭院房，有個小泳池，夏天在院子裏泡泡挺愜意的。缺點就是房間離大堂確實有點遠，不太方便。可圈可點的地方管家服務很好，Lexie從還沒入住就聯繫我，有問題可以隨時問她，反應及時，這點確實能看出這個酒店的管理和工作人員素質很高！
