這次入住體驗堪稱完美！首先地理位置絕佳，交通便利且周邊商圈豐富。酒店裝修風格高級又温馨，房間佈置充滿巧思，智能設備一應俱全，床品柔軟得像睡在雲端。最讓人感動的是服務，從前台快速辦理入住，到客房服務主動詢問需求，再到禮賓幫忙規劃行程，全程讓人倍感温暖。健身房、泳池設施嶄新且維護到位，早餐中西式菜品都很精緻，連現磨咖啡都不輸專業咖啡店。無論是商務出行還是度假，這裏都是無可挑剔的選擇，強烈推薦！

值，性價比很高，室外泳池大，水乾淨，遊起來很舒服，健身房器械很齊全，早餐時間也舒服，到10.30，也不用起太早。

環境不錯 也很乾凈 有三個户外泳池 孩子很喜歡。離石梅灣不用，酒店有接送服務。鄭羣服務人員很熱情，幫忙送水送小童洗漱用具。

剛進入酒店辦理入住覺得挺滿意的，環境看着不錯，工作人員介紹整個度假區還有小童遊玩的區域，想着以後可以帶小朋友來。
開心辦了入住，剛進入房間一股黴味。房間也是比較古老的那種，剛進門一個單獨的衞生間，格局我暫且認為是怕影響睡覺的區域，不過覺得挺奇怪的。
送的水是滴露的，沒有咖啡機。窗簾不是電動的。剛入住在房間還不到10分鐘，就被保潔直接開了門，嚇我一跳，還問我要不要打掃房間。我才入住哇，需要打掃啥？？？
洗完澡發現吹風機是很古早的，需要手動按着才能出風的那種。
早餐不予評論，因為我沒吃到。也怪我訂購沒注意看，妙在我們入住的是兩個人，衹有一份早餐，完全沒想到。另一個人要單獨買早餐，而且也衰，當天是假期第一天，團購也用不了。
整體感覺這個就是一個純旅遊度假酒店，可能是衝著希爾頓的品牌去的，也因為這一次各種不順暢，以後入住要慎重了。
當然可能我到海南第一個住這兒我應該也不説什麼了，頭一天入住了海口索菲特很滿意，第二天住這兒形成了鮮明的對比。

酒店很大，在興隆鎮裏，離興隆農貿市場也很近，開車十分鐘可達
設施：有老舊痕跡，有充電樁，價格合適
衞生：很乾凈，房間大

還行吧 沒有請假那麼次 但是比其他五星級酒店的確是差了點，首先入住 和我説有房間了會打電話 最後還是我自己問的 才説有了，等了半天 但是好在價格不貴 能接受
