很滿意的一次體驗，酒店每一位服務人員都很熱情主動，入住後幫助把箱子送到房間，並詳細介紹房間設施，主動添加微信有問題及時回覆並解決，餐廳的服務人員也很主動熱情，飯菜味道不錯，期待下次有機會再去入住。

我和老伴退休了很多年，一直在祖國的大江南北雲遊，有緣路過此地借用洗手間，工作人員對我百倍照顧問候，這是一家有温度的酒店，索性我們夫婦體驗一把。
我的祖籍山東老鄉小李對我們像自己家人一樣，所以説這是一家值得體驗的酒店，處處充滿了驚喜和愉悦，超前的服務、還有衞生方面我和我太太都非常滿意；在辦理入住時，還把我們帶到房間，給我們一個當天摘的椰子，當天也是我太太生日，於是提前跟酒店的工作人員聯繫幫忙佈置一下房間，想着給我太太一個驚喜，房間佈置的很漂亮，入住時房間裏提前放了水果和酸奶，管家細心的跟我們介紹空調開關幫我們調好温度，迷你吧的飲品也是免費的，還有海南當地的飲品，用晚餐時，餐廳的工作人員也為我們佈置了燭光晚餐，除了我們選的餐食，還送我們一份長壽麪，菜品也很美味，真的每一位工作人員都非常的熱情也很用心的去服務，加管家微信後，會給我們分享一份酒店周邊景點的攻略，還跟我們説需要去哪個景點都可以聯繫管家，都可以開車送我們過去，於是跟管家説送我們去一下燈塔，酒店離燈塔就五分鐘，回來時跟管家説一聲，很快就到了目的地接我們了。
真的是我六十五年來，最能讓我感動最能讓我驚喜最讓我喜歡的地方，朝林松源酒店真讓人舒心！

帶着孩子來體驗小童房，房間遊玩設施很好，孩子玩得不亦樂乎，泳池工作人員也會考慮温度，幫孩子加熱！因為帶着兩個孩子，也給我們準備了兩個小童洗簌裝！服務真的很到位，需要的東西很快就送上來！總之五星好評，下次還會帶孩子來玩！

這是我住過最好的酒店，高檔奢華但又很低調。設計裝修風格很高端大氣上檔次，每一處細節都透着精緻和品位，讓人心情愉悦，舒服。酒店地理位置優越，距離神州站非常近，當天酒店管家團隊安排了接機，出站酒店工作人員跑着來幫我們拿行李，車內温度調的也適中涼快，車內配有礦泉水，薄荷糖，還有愜意的音樂🎶，看着就很專業，細節上別的酒店是做不到的。
酒店工作人員熱情專業，服務上一看就是受過專業訓練的，很有親和力，主動服務意思極強。辦理入住時酒店賓客關係經理加了我的微信，為我們安排了行程，預約了景點的門票，還為我手繪了景點地圖，定製化服務很有特色。
房間配有高端和先進的設施，迷你吧有地方茶飲，考慮周到，一塵不染的衞生，絕對超五星，有歡迎果盤也有當地清補涼，打掃客房的工作人員很細節。
下午茶很有特色比我們上海的好多了，晚餐也很豐盛，有燒烤套餐，牛排套餐等等，離店前一天晚上我們體驗了酒店的微醺計劃，賓客關係經理親自為我們調酒，配上美味的小吃很棒！！！早餐環境很好，還有小熊陪伴。廚師的水平也錯，各種投喂，很喜歡。
總之，酒店整體性價比還是蠻高的，很適合遛娃或者城市人出逃放鬆的。

酒店整體風格我非常喜歡， 類似比較獨特的新中式，較顯奢華，在海南稱得上招待貴賓的聖地。
酒店各個角落隨處都是一些精美的佈置和裝修，一樓大堂就像小展覽館，獨特的藝術品，包括牆面也有藝術圖案，二樓整個樓層都是親子主題，有孩子玩的地方，項目特別多；也有男女寶寶主題的親子房，房間內的各種細節和配套很全面也很喜歡。整個酒店可以商務接待，可以親子暢玩，也能長者休閑度假。配套齊全，衞生服務真是酒店界的扛把子。
同樣是住酒店，這家店有管家一對一服務，還有荷蘭管家學院畢業的總經理親自接待，我本身也是開酒店的，這家酒店就是教科書，學到了知識也體驗了服務，入住驚喜感提升了不少；早餐是自助+點單，下午茶晚餐自由約時間，我每天都隨便吃吃，健康營養給推薦搭配的很科學。地理位置也很優越，去任何景點都方便是最佳酒店選擇。決定了，下次海南還來這裏住。
