對酒店的環境，太適合親子家庭住了，滿足了小孩子的所有需求，環境網上可以搜的到，衞生完全放心，被子，房間沒有異味。陳雅琴團隊的服務（偷偷瞄了一眼美女的工牌，哈哈），必須給大大的無敵的贊👍👍👍！入住當時酒店管家加了微信，我們大概是下午三點入住的，3點半提醒我們去吃下午茶，提前給我們備了很多點心，小朋友都非常喜歡，還額外送了四五個椰子，超甜。下午我們想去趕海，專車送到海邊，關鍵是，我以為專車把我們送到海邊就可以了，沒想到陳雅琴團隊還陪同一起趕海，還帶了工具，中途遇到下雨，趕海淋了些雨，回酒店還專門給我們送來紅糖薑茶，這種用心周到的服務，感動無比。退房的時候，還額外送了一大禮盒的粽子和鴨蛋，堪比我回孃家的待遇，哈哈，寶貝們説，下次還來這裏住。這個酒店，絕對是值得選擇！！贊！贊！贊！酒店周邊，隨手一拍，都是大片的效果，我喜歡那片蘆葦草，如果是閨蜜住，那絕對可以拍照一整個下午，哈哈

入住前幾天，就有酒店管家會提前電話溝通並加微信。在入住期間，每天都會提醒我們今日活動，並對我們的需求都予以及時的迴應，體驗感非常的好。感謝所有工作人員的辛苦付出！
入住第一天是五一節，晚上參加了酒店的篝火晚會還看了漂亮的煙火，儀式感滿滿。
管家每天都會提前讓我們選好第二天的早餐，用餐時直接會按我們的選擇直接送餐，省去了排隊和自助的嘈雜，餐廳環境很好，服務態度也很滿意。
另外酒店還有專門一層給小朋友的遊樂場所，因為這次我們主要是來打卡大海的，沒有來得及去玩，下次再來玩。
總之小朋友非常滿意，走的時候還戀戀不捨説想多住一天。值得推薦！

酒店環境設施服務餐飲都非常滿意，各種服務都非常主動，服務行業的典範。車站到酒店，景點到酒店都有免費專車接送，非常方便。雖然二樓泳池和小童遊樂場在維護沒去成有點遺憾，但小童騎行玩具，摘椰子活動，提供挖沙工具等足以彌補。強烈推薦！
