服務：最差民宿沒有之一。要來的朋友為了自己的安全謹慎考慮。落地海南第一天在酒店前台租了電動車準備附近轉轉，結果在開出去不到一公里的直路上電動車車頭失控我和我老公一起摔傷，六處擦傷嚴重影響生活，前台帶去村裡超不正規的衞生站簡單擦了碘伏噴不知名葯水自費45元（我讓前台付45，前台説要我們自己墊付） 一小時後民宿經理打電話來了，説這輛車用之前檢查過沒問題，是我們自己出去的路上扎到釘子（後面去看了車，根本沒有扎到釘子前台説了是車胎沒氣。處理方案為：關閉訂單（不能評價酒店）出於人道主義退款一半房費一半醫葯費。我不同意，要求房費醫葯費全額，經理説我們要是不同意可以維權，讓我們自己找第三方機構鑒定電動車😊 酒店地點在村裡，根本沒有正規的鑒定機構，沒有正規醫院導致接下來的機票都不能病退，產生了退票費用重新訂機票的錢經理一毛不管，連房費和醫葯費都衹退一半。感謝攜程官方的處理，保留了評價的機會，讓接下來可能預訂這家民宿的朋友提個醒。開開心心出遊來，滿身傷痕回家去。 剛看到醫葯費的付款才發現：收款人是商户衞生院都不是哈哈。酒店位置在村裡，宣傳圖泳池都是新的，過去一看老舊起黑，這個才是真實圖片無濾鏡。
