Super 8 by Wyndham Lexington VA

Very clean room and comfortable bed. Front office was very pleasant and welcoming. When I called for reservation, she professionally set the expectation of price increase due to an event in the area so we would not have sticker shock upon arrival.

This Super 8 was clean, the room was quiet and the location was good. Ample parking, friendly and helpful staff, good coffee and easy check in and out I would stay here again. .

The room was clean. The room was clean and tidy but a little tired. Would recommend for people on a budget like we are.

The room was clean and tidy. I felt very comfortable. No roaches just a teeny tiny spider. The front desk staff is very helpful too, just ask! We had 4 adults and had to get separate rooms. I had a great view and Waffle House being so close is really nice!

Very Clean Room with individual climate controls. It was very quiet there. A very convenient and very affordable place to stop for a night to rest and relax after a long day of traveling. They do have free coffee and WiFi available as well . Thank you for the nice stay!

We spent less than 10 minutes after checking into the room. We left the hotel as quickly as we could. It was an awful experience and won't ever recommend that hotel. There were bugs in the lobby, there were bugs in the room. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned. Just awful! If I could give zero stars I would.

Trying to check in and NO ONE IS HERE, left a sign saying when they would be back but it’s half an hour past that time and no one is here. Waste of my time. I am so annoyed, there’s no way to get in touch with anyone and I just have to wait until someone decides to come and do their job

Hotel had a funky smell upon entry (like food and cheap air freshner. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The sheet literally did not fit the bed and would not stay on. Called the front desk and she asked what we wanted her to do about it. We said we would like a sheet that fit the bed. She explained that the lady that handles the sheets was not there. We reiterated that we did not want to sleep on a bed without a sheet. Again, we were asked what we wanted her to do. We requested either a new sheet, to be moved to a room that actually fit the bed, or a refund so we could stay elsewhere. Eventually a different girl (very nice and helpful) came and brought another sheet, which also did not fit. She then went and got another one which was too big but we managed to make it work and made the bed up ourselves. The fact that the sheet did not fit had to be blatantly obvious to whomever made the bed. Overall, room was in need of updating. Linens, curtains, and furnishings were quite worn. Positives. - bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and towels were good. Was not expecting a five star accommodations from a budget hotel, but a sheet that fits is not a big expectation.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable and smelled clean and fresh Hotel was short staffed but very friendly and helpful. Don't let the dirty exterior fool you Hotel is very clean but also very dated and in need of repairs. We felt safe and that it was a good value. Dont forget to visit Hull's Drive-in theater while your in Lexington!
