I have been staying at Home2 Suites by Hilton Grand Rapids North for nearly 200 nights each year over the past three years, and I can say with complete confidence - this is hands down one of the best hotels in Michigan. From day one, everyone at H2S has exceeded my expectations in every single aspect. The cleanliness of the hotel is absolutely top-tier. Whether it's the lobby, hallways, fitness center, pool, or rooms, everything is consistently spotless. It's evident that cleanliness and hygiene are a top priority here, which is especially reassuring for long-term stays. The staff at Home2 Suites Grand Rapids North is nothing short of incredible. Every team member, from front desk to housekeeping to maintenance, goes out of their way to make guests feel welcome and cared for. They're always friendly, professional, and extremely accommodating. The way this Hotel is run speaks volumes about the dedication of ownership and leadership. The staff seems genuinely happy, and that positivity translates into their interactions with guests. You can tell that the owners and management team truly take care of their employees, and it reflects in the high standard of service and consistency throughout the hotel. The rooms are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed for both short and extended stays. The kitchenettes are a great touch for guests who like to cook, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The amenities - whether it’s the fitness center, laundry area, Pool or complimentary breakfast are always well-maintained and guest-friendly. After hundreds of nights here during the crazy storm and power outage, I have never once been disappointed. Great place to stay for a weekend! Excellent place to stay. Good size rooms with kitchenette. It was only two of us, but it was everything we wanted at a good price. There was a variety for breakfast and the electronic key through the app is great! Highly recommend.

Great location and hotel, sound issues Hotel itself is immaculate. Rooms are generous and clean. But for an extended stay hotel, the sound proofing is sub-par. Room on 3rd floor to hear all the foot traffic of the 4th floor and water pipes turning on and off, with a loud thud when turned off. Was unable to fall asleep until 11pm and woken up by 4am due to water use.
