Clean room, welcoming, and great place to crash out for work. Great staff, lots of improvements compared to before. Really a nice and cozy place with such sweet staff that are so friendly and helpful. The only hotel I’d stay at in the area. Genuinely impressed. Great job you guys.

Place seemed a little sketchy on the outside at first, but it was perfectly save and turned out to be a nice little room and exactly what I needed

If you’re on a budget it’s good. Needs better signage to where things are at. Like trying to find ice maker/snack and soda machines. Otherwise you’ll be wandering trying to find it. The AC unit is not the traditional one that you would see in other hotel rooms. It worked but you can’t control the temp. It wasn’t a problem since it wasn’t really hot but something to consider on hot summer days.

Very satisfying happy friendly staff great workers i really enjoyed my stay. Everyone makes you feel at home. They make me feel like family. I will always choose Travelodge on Alpine and 3 Mile in Grand Rapids MI. To stay. I am comfortable at this PLACE and don't worry about anything.

This is a great locations if you are traveling I96 for events and looking to budget. There are shopping centers and dining everywhere. Its family oriented and the area is also safe...I recommend you give this hotel a try. Ask for Jill, Michelle or Don.

Dingie and used. No screen on window. Ac didnt work and the heat didnt have a scale on the thermostat. Shower was cracked and tub was dirty.

Beds are comfy. Wish they would keep the microwaves and fridges miss having a tub to soak in. Some rooms have door and lock problems but they are working to fix things. Need updated vending. Cold drinks. Credit card accepted. Other than modernizing over all not a bad stay
