I have an autistic 3 year old granddaughter.. she has a hard time transitioning. Last night when we were leaving the pool area she started to have a tantrum. It was less than 10 minutes, but a worker came over and told us tere was going to be a problem if she kept up. This morning as I was getting her breakfast I was informed we couldn't take food back up to our room. I explained to them the issue and asked them to make an exception, especially since I was once again told that if she caused issues we were going to have an issue. They said absolutely not. I asked if our plates would be OK while I ran up to the room to get her, I was told yes. When I got back with her the table was taken. These ppl are extremely rude. While we were standing there trying to eat another couple took their food up to their room. When I approached the worker about this I was told "we'll those ppl kept arguing " WTH?!?!? Definitely not family friendly, kid friendly. Or disability friendly. I would highly recommend other locations or chains all together.

Overall not to bad, rooms need some updates/cleaning. Tons of nata in the rooms. Overall not bad for the price. Just could have been 10 times better with out all the nats.

vending machines were empty with no alternatives, tv only had analog stations, tv remote didn't work, heating & cooling system malfunctioned. 72 on arrival, then dropped to 65 around 9 pm, around 2:30 am room temperature reached 82 degrees and by 4:45 am temp dropped to 58 degrees, staff was never at the desk and when bell was rung they came from the laundry room every time

Poop in hot tub; fridge in rooms but would not allow breakfast into rooms??? Like, if there’s a fridge, you obviously know people have FOOD in here???

DO NOT DO IT! We stayed frI’m Wednesday night til Sunday and not one cleanup in that time! No clean towels, no garbage pick up, and no new linens! Front desk is absolutely ridiculous! Refused to help in any way!

The room was clean and comfortable and the hot breakfast was excellent. I definitely recommend this Quality Inn hotel.
