Beautiful location overlooking the Marlborough Sounds, grassed area in front down to the sea. Short walk to beach and 10 minutes walk to marina where there is a very good pub with great food. Very peaceful and lovely outside space to enjoy view and peace - very relaxing. Lovely apartment, very modern and clean and well equipped. Quality towels and linen. Too far from Picton Town to walk but only 10 minutes drive to the ferry.

Everyone cooks together at night and gets along well. . I remember that there were not enough cooking utensils, and I mistakenly took the noodles from other guests' pots. People have been waiting nearby. It was embarrassing. The parking lot is spacious and there are plenty of locations. The design of the catering department is also very emotional.
