Super friendly staff and confortable
Great location, if someone is in Wadi Musa this hotel is near city center and not too far from the visitor center of Petra. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and the staff are super helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. And price is also a big plus.

Not very clean room. Dust and dirt everywhere. The walls are in bad condition. Stains at the wall and tables. Really thin walls. You can hear everything. Not power plugs for the lamps and also not light bulbs at the lamps. Not place were you would pay 50€ for night. Also when i came i haven't any toilet paper at the room, also next day they brought bath gel. I got the feeling that the room was not ready. Fridge and water kettle was great. Friendly staff. Also after leaving a review to booking they sent me a message to my own whats app that is not cool at all. All the Information is on the review.

Petra Sky hotel è eccezionale. Accoglienza calorosa, albergo estremamente pulito, colazione ok. Le stanze sono molto pulite: vengono sistemate ogni mattina. In bagno c’è l’asciugacapelli. L’albergo è a 15/20 minuti a piedi dal sito archeologico di Petra. Se soggiornate a Petra, dovete fermarvi al Petra Sky Hotel.

The best part of this hotel is its staff! The guy who works at the reception is amazing, very kind, and friendly. And the rest of the staff is excellent and always at your service. Due to the early tour of Petra, we also received a breakfast box to take with us. The hotel is located near many restaurants and a 5-minute drive from the entrance to Petra. The room was big and very clean. Breakfast on the hotel terrace is excellent.

Nous avons passé trois nuits dans de cette perle d'hôtel à Wadi Musa. Situé sur les hauteurs dans un quartier calme. Il n'y absolument aucun point négatif à signaler. Une petite chambre propre et nette, un petit déjeuner à prendre sur la terrasse du dernier étage, avec une vue superbe sur la ville et Petra. Des prestations supplémentaires, nettoyage du linge, boissons, navette à des prix plus que démocratiques. Et le plus important la disponibilité du propriétaire Mr. Ahmed et son Fils vous aideront à tout moment en cas de problèmes ou besoin d'informations. Hôtel fortement recommandable.

The receptionist was very friendly. When we arrived late at evening, he offered us dinner. The beds were really comfy, as were the sheets and pillows. The room could be larger, but it was fine for us. The entire room was clean. Although the coffee was slightly burned, the breakfast was delicious. A very kind lady baked us fantastic omlets for breakfast. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

Hotel is located about 15 minutes walk to Wadi Musa town and about 20 Nikita’s walk to Petra Visitor Centre. The rooms are clean, nice, spacious and new. Hotel staff were super helpful and polite in getting us information on how to travel and they can arrange taxis and tour guides for you. Meals were served on the top floor with a beautiful view.

Camere e bagno spaziosi e puliti, ma la doccia aveva solo una parte di vetro e non era possibile chiuderla completamente. La struttura è in una buona posizione e anche i servizi mi sono piaciuti; è infatti possibile acquistare i biglietti per Petra by night alla reception. Staff abbastanza gentile. La colazione non mi è piaciuta.
