В 8 утра начали делать ремонт, сверлили около часа Когда я позвонила на ресепшн, и спросила почему так утром они сверлят, на что мне ответили "ну да, ремонт идет" Это явно не сервис бизнес отеля, как они себя опозиционируют. + старый потрепанный ремонт, очень очень экономный отель

Плюсы: расположение отеля, доступность к достопримечательностям, лодочная станция напротив отеля. Минусы: уставшие номера, заляпанные стены и ковролин, запах старых вещей в номере,казус с завтраками:пришли на завтрак к 09.00,горячие блюда закончились, т.е каши, блинчики, сосиски, что-то там ещё подобное просто расхватали. Люди стояли с тарелками и ждали пока вынесут. Бардак и отвратное отношение к гостям.

Отличный отель, все очень понравилось. Номер небольшой, но все необходимое есть (правда, мыло - только жидкое). Прекрасно расположен: несколько достопримечательностей - прямо на той же площади, да и остальные рядом. Из террасы ресторана на крыше - отличный вид на старый город. Рядом - причал с водными прогулками. Парковкой платной не стали пользоваться, оставляли машину, припаркованной на той же рыночной площади (все в порядке). Завтрак - шведский стол - достаточно разнообразно и вкусно. Если в Европе Вы привыкли к хорошим 3 звездам, то Вас все устроит.

Отель считается одним из лучших в Выборге. Он вполне приличный. Но!!! Из-за агрессивного и хамского поведения службы безопасности уехали из этого отеля на следующее утро после заселения! Увидев, через камеру видео наблюдения, нас (две семейные пары) с ОДНОЙ! бутылкой вина, в 9 часов вечера, прибежали двое пожилых (видимо бывших военных) мужчин, хамским грубым образом отчитали нас как школьников в пионерском лагере, угрожали вызвать полицию! Хотя мы, даже не успев опомниться и хоть слово сказать в ответ, молча смотрели на них и не понимали, что именно мы натворили! Прекрасно понимаем, что в каждом отеле могут быть свои правила и ограничения! Но такого необоснованного унижения и грубости в свой адрес не получали нигде!!!

Отвратительный бизнес-ланч в ресторане за 400 руб. Куда исчез шведский стол? Совет, смените шеф повара, всё местечково и невкусно.Уха на дне тарелки, куриная котлета не напоминает мясо куры, выпечка вчерашняя, кроме чая и кофе, нет ни морсов, ни воды, ни соков.
