Krishna Vaibhav is the best hotel in vrindavan. The accommodation facility, food, infrastructure everything is super amazing. Their staff members are very polite and helpful. They provide door services to my family and we were really impressed I would recommend everyone to pay visit at this hotel to avail best services.

The location of the hotel is very good (less than 1 KM from Prem Mandir), the hotel is newly built and the rooms are clean. The not so good things about the hotel 1. The hotel staff will not tell you at the time of the check in that there will be no room service for the food (dinner/ breakfast) and you will have to come to restaurant to have the pre defined buffet. Lunch was provided to us as a room service. 2. If you order water bottles as a room service, they will provide you a bottle which has a INR 10 MRP printed on them, for which they will charge you INR 20 + 5% GST. 3. When asked for their feedback register while I was checking out, they handed over a torn diary. The first feedback I should have given is to get a new feedback register. 4. Make sure you park your vehicle at the floor level and not in the basement parking as the Basement parking has no light, is a construction site, and is full of dust.

The staff is fraud especially Mr Harshal Seth who will trick you into thinking he is the owner of the hotel and ask you for token money to confirm your booking. During check in they will demand for extra money or they wont give a room to you. Over and above that the hotel is extremely dirty. Does not provide any type of room service. Its the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Please avoid

Mattress was not up to the mark it was too soft and i am having lumbar problem so sleep was not comfortable other services were good enough.
