AVOID AT ALL COST!! Definitely not worth the money and time! We have stayed at much better properties and facilities which are way better than this for a lower cost! Property needs a lot of work! Air con not working properly, shower is blocked and hot water not working properly! Food choice is limited, not great compared with other places we stayed during this Tuscany trip. Staff are generally nice which is the only thing I can say.

Eigentlich ist alles schon gesagt! Eigentlich muß man sich nur die Fotos ansehen! Nur das es in Wahrheit noch viel schöner ist, als die Bilder es einfangen könnten. Das Hotel liegt eingebettet in eine traumhafte Landschaft, ca. 1 1/2 Std von Florenz mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir hatten die kleinste Zimmerkategorie ausgewählt, bekamen aber trotzdem ein kleines "Häuschen", mit Küche im EG und 2x Zimmer im 1 OG sowie anschliessender kleiner, wunderschöner Terrasse. Und wir hatten unseren eigenen Glockenturm :-)! Die Liebe zum Detail im Hotel ist ohnehin nicht zu toppen. An jeder Ecke gibt es etwas wunderbares zu entdecken. Man möchte nur im Hotel herumflanieren, und die Zeit stehen lassen. Sehr nettes und super proffesionelles Personal. 2x tolle Restaurants. Fantastische Terrassen und 3x Pools, wobei der Hauptpool den Atem raubt. Was für ein Erlebnis. Wir wollten Ausflüge machen, haben es aber gelassen. Die Reise hat seinen Preis, ist aber jeden Cent wert. Wir staunen immer noch!

Amazing experience. Beautiful. Peaceful. Classic. Elegant. This is one of those places that you want to go back to every year. The whole time you are there you wish all of your loved ones were with you so you could enjoy it together. We loved the pools, sitting on the beautiful lawn, the gorgeous views, the fabulous breakfasts, the smaller restaurant that served pizza and pasta. The service was exceptional. The tour in the golf cart was so fun and educational. Just a great experience.

Absolutely one of the best luxury destinations - deep in Tuscany - what really sets Borgo Pignano Tuscany apart is it combines the staggering beauty of Tuscan living, the luxury of the villas and property and an attentive embracing staff. From arrival to departure we were welcomed and enjoyed every moment. Wealth of relaxing activities and restaurants without being overwhelming. Luxury accomodations (my wife and I stayed in The Attic Suite with a view of the church on site, terra cotta roof tiles, vineyards and hills - its own destination after a day of activities). Hard to describe the staff because they all were friendly, warm, attentive without being overbearing. Gigi made us feel like "the most important guest" every time we saw him, and his personal tour of the 800 acre property was a hi-lite. We are going back, and that says it all.

This is a true piece of heaven. A magical place to disconect while enjoying breathtaking views, exquisite food at their restaurants and the most peaceful atmosphere. The atention to detail and personal service lets you turn off your problems and trully enjoy vacations. I would like to say a special mention to Vittorio who made our stay even more special always keeping us happy with whatever we needed. Would go back in a heartbeet. It holds a special place in my heart.

Esperienza unica a Borgo Pignano, bellissimi ambienti, curati nei minimi dettagli e molto eleganti. L’atmosfera dell’hotel è raffinata ma accogliente, perfetta per rilassarsi. Il bar è davvero un punto di forza: cocktails ben presentati e soprattutto preparati da uno staff estremamente cordiale e professionale. Il servizio della reception è impeccabile sempre disponibili e gentili. Un’esperienza da ripetere. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca qualità, stile e un’ottima atmosfera.

Great place, stunning views with close distance to nearby towns. Super friendly and helpful staff. Luxurious accommodations. There’s also so much to do, multiple pools, sports courts, gym, riding, library, billiards room, games, the list goes on and on. 100% recommend.
