Bellissimo hotel in pieno centro storico di Volterra, stanza stupenda (superior), personale accogliente, disponibile, a disposizione del cliente per qualsiasi necessità. La Locanda is a delightful small hotel located within the Volterra walls but conveniently close to parking just outside. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Lovely and helpful staff. Generous breakfast. Easy walking distance to all Volterra attractions.

Hotel pulito camere accoglienti e personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Posizione ottima e centrale. Colazione con buona varietà di cibi dal dolce al salato. Fra le tante proposte dolci le torte sono prodotte in casa e sono veramente genuine e squisite

Camera pulitissima arredata con grande gusto davvero molto ampia con addirittura una cabina armadio siamo stati divinamente il personale è di una gentilezza e disponibilità massima , la posizione centrale dell' albergo all' interno delle mura e la vicinanza di 2 parcheggi lo rendono la migliore soluzione per visitare la splendida Volterra e la vicina San Gimignano

Great location. Near lots of lovely restaurants and shops. Staff are fabulous and so helpful. The room we had was clean and spacious. The bathroom had been redone in last few years. It was spacious and had everything required. Car parking is 3 mins walk and costs €2 per hour or €12 for the day.

Ottima posizione all'interno delle mura ideale per visitare la città, parcheggio comodo a poche decine di metri fuori dalle mura, stanze comode e letti che garantiscono una buona qualità del sonno, , pulite e dotate di ogni comfort, personale gentilissimo, buona la colazione.

Acoustics really are terrible in the breakfast room and other areas. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast okay. Great location. Great staff. Modicum wi-fi. Too bad the first bathroom switch is the shower, not the toilet. AND do be careful of the step down to the toilet in the middle of the night.

Absolutely the worst customer service of a hotel I have ever experienced. It's hot as hell in our room and the man at the desk cannot help, cannot answer a question- just keeps saying we will get a free room tomorrow. I don't give a crap about tomorrow as we leave tomorrow. We are in the room sweating . Not acceptable!!!! At all. Avoid at all cost. A room tomorrow isn't what we need. We need a comfortable room tonight. Hasn't cooled and has only gotten hotter. Having someone at the desk at night that cannot help and WONT help is the worst thing ever in the hospitality industry. I will never come here again nor book my clients
