In the middle of May this was the ONLY restaurant open in Qeparo and while we were glad somewhere was open, we felt standards reflected the captive market. These were some of the most expensive meals we ate in Albania and certainly not the best. For example the Greek salad was very small and had no olives. We got stake bread and on the white wine, no choice just one, was rough. There was a limited choice but I expect this reflects availability. The staff were friendly and the service good.

Our travel agency initially planned to install us in Himarë, but - mainly because it was the end of the season and the planned hotel decided to close - this first plan did not work out well. Eventually they proposed Hotel Riviera in Qeparo. What a nice surprise! The hotel is a 2-3 start hotel but the situation is worth 5 and the people 5 also. We enjoyed our 3 days stay there and appreciated the cooking, the quiet tranquil situation. It is for sure an ideal solution for a family with young kids, probably not with teenagers appreciating the crowd, the noise and the dance ...

beach hotel, family, parking difficult to access (stone path in the olive trees modern rooms, correct clean, private beach and parasol + deckchair included. transparent water, the hotel being located on the side of the town the place is very quiet. good for a quiet beach stay, decent meal and breakfast, nothing more.
