We stayed 3 days at the Nobus in Vlora. The hotel is located outside the city center, about ten minutes from the seafront area, so if you don't have a car, you'll have to take a taxi, which costs 700-800 lek (about 8 euros). The hotel has great potential, starting with its beautiful location, the rooms, and the infinity pool, but there are definitely several things that could be improved. First and foremost, the quality and service of the breakfast, which was completely poor, and the general management of the restaurant. You can't expect to charge starred restaurant prices when your own housekeeping is quite lacking. If only the prices were more competitive and the food and service better, many hotel guests would definitely eat dinner and lunch there. The spa is also truly poorly managed. The sauna wasn't working, and the jacuzzi was unusable due to its filthiness. Everything was left to itself. Here too, with a little effort, a completely different result could certainly be achieved. A positive note was the welcome we received upon our arrival, in the middle of the night, from a truly kind and polite young man, and the day and evening assistance at the reception!!! All the staff were truly helpful, prepared and attentive to making our stay super pleasant. A plus and a huge thank you to Tiziano, the Italian man who currently manages the bar. Extremely professional, extremely helpful, always very attentive and aware of what was happening!!! It was truly a pleasure for us to meet him and we certainly felt very pampered in his company. Tiziano, you gave us a super holiday, making us forget about everything else!!! We just want to give you some ideas for improving and fixing what we think is a sin to leave untreated!!!!!
