Lovely staff and hotel
Travelled with my two daughters. What great stay! The hotel is very new and with great standard. The people working in reception and not at least the restaurant are lovely. So friendly and helpful. We will return to same place.

Sono stati gentilissimi, arrivati in hotel ci hanno dato un upgrade ad una suite !!! avevamo dimenticato una felpa in camera e 2 giorni dopo, quando ce ne siamo accorti, e abbiamo telefonato, hanno trovato la soluzione per farcela arrivare a Tirana prima del nostro volo , e si sono pure preoccupati a telefonare per assicurarsi che tutto sia andato bene, oltre qualsiasi aspettativa !!! GRAZIE !!!

Hotel molto bello, nuovo e pulitissimo, appena arrivato mi hanno comunicato un upgrade. Invece di una normale tripla una suite … vista dalla camera mozzafiato, colazione ottima. Ma la ciliegina sulla torta è stato quando, avendo dimenticato una felpa, ho chiamato (avendo il volo la sera) e mi hanno fatto ricapitare la felpa a Tirana… e dopo hanno pure chiamato per sincerarsi che tutto fosse andato bene!!! Al di sopra di ogni aspettativa !!!

We're staying here until Sunday and we cant say enough good things about this hotel. The location is simply perfect,with everything you need within walking distance. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly staff specialy Denise Everyone here goed out of their way to make you feel at home... The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable exactly wat you would expect from a to class hotel. Wat truly made our stay special was the personal attention from the chef and his greeks wife. He prepared a special dish for my daughter outside of the regular menu using the fresh ingridients,. This level of personalized service and attention to detail rreally sets this hotel apart. In short if you are looking for a place where you feel welcomed,with outstanding staff and where you can enjoy a clean and comfortable stay in a great location this hotel is the perfect choise

Spent 2 nights in a spacious quadruple room (despite there being 3 of us) equipped with every comfort. Excellent cleanliness, very comfortable beds, very beautiful and functional bathroom, balcony with chairs and table facing the sea. Breakfast taken in the hotel next door (evidently the two structures agree in this way during the low season) was really good and very plentiful. The hotel is located on the very long seafront of Vlora, more than 3 km from the centre. Rating 5/5

Spectacular hotel we will return without a doubt clean, very friendly staff I am Spanish and my husband is Albanian and do not hesitate to stay at this hotel. Very grateful to everyone, including the incredible breakfast and the unbeatable waitress.
