Ótima experiência! Hotel faz jus ao nome “Relax Dhërmi”, a equipe toda é muito atenciosa, hotel com uma bela vista, quartos espaçosos e limpos, com smartv, uma bela piscina e é bem próximo à praia central de Dhërmi.

Stanza piccolina ma carina, a parte il bagno la cui doccia quasi inesistente,, però per il resto l’hotel è molto bello, soprattutto l’esterno che stando una sola notte non abbiamo potuto godere. Colazione continentale (non ci sono però grandi opzioni per vegani) Personale gentile e alla mano.

I never got the chance to stay at the hotel as immediately after I booked (paid in advance, with a "no free cancellation" policy) I got a call from the owner/manager saying that there was some kind of overbooking. He could offer another room but not at the same price point, in my opinion he tried to upsell a room with sea view for almost double the price. He also offered to find another accommodation for me in the village but I couldn't agree to that considering the event. At the end we agreed to cancel the booking. First he asked me to cancel but that would mean for me to pay full price (it is very unfair if someone doesn't know how this works) so I aked him to cancel. I got the cancellation request and accepted it. Overall the booking experience was bad and disappointing as now i am left without accommodation and need to start my search again.
