Not at all what I was expected. I booked a twin room with Mountain View, instead of it I got a room with entrance view, no balcony and with cars parked by it. We couldn’t even put our swimming wear outside. The receptionist was rude. That’s what you paid. ( we paid the price offered by them in website). The first day they haven’t cleaned the room till 3.30 pm. Besides that, the re were heavy machines working in the beach. We had to complain everyday for the noises. The only good thing was the breakfast and the sea.

Wir waren nur 4 Tage in dem Hotel und wir haben alles bekommen was wir für eine kurze Auszeit gebraucht haben. Alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Animateure haben immer zu guter Laune angeregt und hatte tolle Ideen um uns die Zeit so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Entweder haben Sie zu einem kleinen Tanz animiert oder haben einen mit einem Zaubertrick den Tag versüßt. Das ❤️🥰

It is a very nice experience to come to this beautiful hotel it is really great and here everything is great the rooms are very clean and the animation team really became our friends in a short time and here the beach is very clean I really loved this hotel ❤️❤️❤️

LES PLUS : L'hôtel est très beau, piscine et vue vraiment jolie. Le petit déj est varié et très bon. La chambre est sympa mais il faut aimer se doucher sans cloison :) LES MOINS : L'hôtel est en travaux, et les machines du matin au soir en bord de mer c'est décevant. Peu de transats dispos pour un hôtel de cette taille autour de la piscine. Et quelle surprise d'avoir trouvé un enfant (8/10 ans) dans la chambre voisine et dans la piscine alors que nous avions réservé un ADULT ONLY !! Lunaire. Aussi, grosse déception, nous sommes restées 2 nuits et notre chambre n'a pas été nettoyée une seule fois alors même que nous avons alerté la réception.. nous avons préféré partir pour un autre hôtel. Pas de cartes des boissons au bar (10€/cocktail minimum) et du restau. Nous ne recommandons pas vraiment même si objectivement l'hôtel est sympa mais n'est absolument pas un 5* (un joli 3* au mieux), niveau promesse vous pourrez trouver mieux ailleurs.

I don’t like giving bad reviews but my time here was terrible! They’ve disabled anyone from adding google reviews and there’s a reason for this. During our time, the hotel was not fully operational due to delays in opening up. For a few days we were the only guest, it was a ghost town! As a result of hotel not being ready to open up, key amenities such as breakfast (which we had to have breakfast at a nearby hotel), dinner service, the gym was filled with pillows and seat covers, swimming pool not treated, and other facilities were unavailable- Rooms unready, they had to get someone external contractor help them to open up. It was dishonourable for them to claim to be open and still take in guest knowing the hotel was not ready. The balcony had a bee hive and I told her I’m allergic she told me it was a sign of good luck! They gave me a block of cheese, slices of tomatoes, cucumbers and 2 sausages on the 3rd day. We couldn’t get any proper food or drinks made because the kitchen was empty and we had pay to eat breakfast at neighbouring hotel, we also had to rent a car to visit neighbouring restaurants as we were starving at this place. At the time, we were assured that we would be invited back as compensation for these inconveniences. We’ve reached out, it’s almost 1 year and no response from them. Do not come here!

Das Personal ist extrem nett die Animation hervorragend wer sich bei dieser Menge an Essen nichts findet der ist selber schuld mir schmeckt es jeden Tag in der Früh Mittag und abends alles ist frisch frisch zubereitet Gott sei Dank kein Maggi kein Knorr richtige Hausmannskost die Leute hier geben sich Mühe ohne Ende das Meer ist schön das Wetter ist schön und die Palmen was braucht man mehr
